You can cancel this order any time before payment is completed. This order is already being prepared. Please contact the branch for assistance.
If the branch rejects
A rejected order always starts a refund for the amount paid. You will see the refund reference on the confirmation screen and on the receipt.
If the branch does not respond
Prototype business rule: the branch has 5 minutes to accept or the order is auto-rejected and refunded.
How long a refund takes
Refund completion time depends on the payment provider and the customer's bank. Maybank card reversals typically settle in 3–5 working days; DuitNow QR refunds may require a manual bank transfer.
Manual refunds
Some DuitNow QR payments cannot be reversed automatically. In that case Finance transfers the refund and records a bank reference. You will still see refund pending, then refunded, with that reference.
